- We roll your tier and pick a sealed Tin from it when we pack, within 2 to 3 business days.
- Open the parcel to find out what you pulled.
FAQ
Is there a value guarantee?
No. Common and Uncommon pulls are worth less than the price, and together they are most of the outcomes. That is the trade for a real shot at the Rare and Legendary tiers. If you want guaranteed value, our curated mystery boxes are the better buy.
What's the worst I can pull?
Lumiose City Mini Tin, worth $39. It is still a real, factory-sealed Tin.
Are the odds real?
Yes. The four tier percentages are fixed and we roll against them for every order. We do not publish per-item odds inside a tier because the mix moves with what is on the shelf, but every listed item does drop.
Can I choose, swap or return my pull?
No. Mystery products are final sale and cannot be swapped for a different pull or returned for change of mind. Damaged or faulty items are covered as normal.
