Dispatch

Orders are fulfilled by independent suppliers. Availability, dispatch and delivery times depend on the supplier and product. Pre-orders dispatch when the supplier has stock available after release. Contact hello@pokesupply.com.au for availability and dispatch details before ordering.

Australian shipping

Flat-rate tracked shipping starts at $9.95 for small orders. Orders over $299 ship free within Australia. Available express and signature options, and the final shipping charge, are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

We send tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched by the supplier.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Contact hello@pokesupply.com.au as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the available remedies. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
