Chimchar leaping through the Sinnoh scene, graded Gem Mint.
Chimchar MEP 041 is one of the nine Illustration Rare promos from the Pokémon TCG: First Partner Illustration Collection Series 1, released March 2026 with art by Saboteri. Each regional trio joins into one continuous scene, and Chimchar sits in the Sinnoh panel alongside Turtwig and Piplup. The card carries the 30th anniversary Pikachu mark, and the promos were only available three per box from a random pool of nine. Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint.
Where did this promo come from?
The First Partner Illustration Collection Series 1 box, which contained one pack of three of the nine promos at random. It is not in any booster set.
Is this graded and authentic?
