Product Description
One Piece Card Game: Illustration Box Vol. 8 (IB-08) pairs four English booster packs with two promo cards you cannot pull from a booster: new illustrations of Killer and Eustass Kid, the Kid Pirates duo out of the Supernova generation.
What's inside
- 2 × booster pack [OP15-EB04] Adventure on Kami's Island
- 2 × booster pack [OP-16] The Time of Battle
- 2 × illustration promo cards, 2 types: Killer and Eustass Kid
- English print, factory shrink-wrapped from authorised Bandai distributors
- Suitable for ages 6+
The promos are the reason to buy
The two illustration cards in IB-08 carry brand-new artwork and are exclusive to this box. They are not in the standard booster print run, which is what keeps the Illustration Box line trading well above the value of its four packs. Kid and Killer bring the Supernova collector base with them, and Kid leaders have a deep competitive following, so the alternate art gets chased by players and collectors at the same time.
A clean entry point
The pack mix is built for players stepping in. The [OP15-EB04] packs cover recent releases and the [OP-16] packs build straight on top of them, so one box delivers usable cards plus two display-worthy promos instead of four packs of loose singles.
FAQ
What exactly comes in the box?
Four English booster packs total, two from [OP15-EB04] Adventure on Kami's Island and two from [OP-16] The Time of Battle, plus two illustration promo cards in two different types.
Can I pull the promo cards from normal boosters?
No. The illustration promos use new artwork made for the Illustration Box and are not part of the standard booster print run.
Is this the English release?
Yes. This is the English print of IB-08, sealed and untouched.
How does Vol. 8 differ from Vol. 7?
The booster pack contents are the same across both. The promo cards differ: Vol. 8 features Killer and Eustass Kid, while Vol. 7 features Shakuyaku and Silvers Rayleigh.
